If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equal or lesser value, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Returned items must not have stains, damage, wear or tear from use
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Items returned over 30 days after purchase.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you to return
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow time for processing.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please check with your credit card company or bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value, send us an email email@example.com call 1-800-230-9194
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We ship from Edison, N.J. so if you are near us on the east coast it will be faster than if you are on the west coast.
LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS
If for any reason your return is lost or damaged in transit by the carrier we will still issue you a full order return.
A restocking fee may be applied to any return that shows visible signs of stains, wear, tear or damage from being used. We encourage our customers to try our table runners on to see if we are the correct fit. However, if a table runner clearly shows signs of use, damage or wear we will either reject the return and give you the opportunity to pay for return shipping or apply a restocking fee of anywhere between 25 - 100%. As always we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We pay all costs for returning your item by sending you a free pre-paid shipping label to send it back. This will be given to you during the return process.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
