All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated arrival times are 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We currently ship from Edison, N.J. so if you live on the east coast you will receive your order faster than if you live on the west coast.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied. In the event you would like to return your table runner we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition (packaging does not apply).
We pay for return shipping fees by sending you a free pre-paid return label to send it back. Upon receipt we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
